Reduce the question to keywords: Saturday at 3 p.m., small meeting room, no reservation / confirmed reservation. Then locate the headings on booking and weekend exceptions.

Information to locate	Korean expression
일반 이용 조건	예약이 확정된 사람에 한해 이용할 수 있어요.
새 예약의 제한	토요일 오후 두 시 이후에는 당일 새 예약을 받지 않아요.
이미 예약한 경우	미리 예약이 확정된 사람은 오후 네 시까지 이용할 수 있어요.
설명 연결	문은 열려 있지만 예약 없이 바로 이용할 수는 없어요.

“No new reservations” differs from “existing users cannot use the room.” Check the booking cut-off and the end of use separately. Do not skip an exception after reading the title.
