Put a space between the noun and 때문에. 공사 때문에 is the reason phrase. Do not mechanically attach 와서 or 없어서 to a noun.
Practise the supplied inconvenience notices. Do not blame a person without evidence, or learn that every 때문에 sentence is an accusation.
