Explain the scheduling conflict and ask about the new day and time. Until the other person replies, the change is not confirmed.

Use 바꿀 수 있을까요? from 바꾸다 to ask politely whether a change is possible. End the written request with a question mark.

Give a brief reason and a specific alternative the other person can consider. 바꿀 수 있을까요? is a request; 바꿨어요 reports a completed change. Do not present an unaccepted request as completed.
