If the original says three p.m. but the report says two, correct it with 오후 두 시라고 한 게 아니라 세 시라고 했어요. Here 게 is short for 것이. Do not invent a different venue when only the time is wrong.

Interpret “tomorrow” from the original speaking date. “Tomorrow” said on October 20 refers to October 21. Copying it on October 21 can suggest the 22nd. Use the explicit date or identify the original date when quoting.
