Practice questions

1. What goes in the 신청인 field?

Answer: Applicant’s name

It identifies the person applying.

  • Staff reception number — The number is a different field.
  • A guessed fault cause — A cause is not a name.

2. Which asks the meaning of 신청 내용?

Answer:

— It gives a time rather than asking.
— It describes reception status.

3. How do you ask what to write while pointing at a field?

Answer:

It asks what belongs in that field.

— That asks the onset of a fault.
— That asks where to get off.

4. What is a preferred visit time?

Answer: The applicant’s preferred time

Writing a preference does not confirm it.

  • When repair already finished — It is not asking repair completion time.
  • Always a confirmed visit time — It may need agreement with the worker.

Learning check

1. The staff-only reception number is blank. What is appropriate?

Answer: Leave it for staff to assign.

This fictional form explicitly labels it staff-only.

  • Invent a number yourself. — Do not guess an assigned reference number.
  • Write your date of birth. — This field does not request a birth date.

2. The requested repair concerns heating. Which entry fits?

Answer:

It states the symptom and requested service.

— A time belongs under preferred time.
— A name belongs under applicant.

3. You cannot point to the field for the worker. Which question is clearer?

Answer:

Naming the field makes the target clear.

— It is unclear what “this” refers to.
— It lacks both the field and question.

4. Applicant Aki requests window repair. Which two entries fit?

Answer:

The name and service are in separate correct fields.

The fields have been swapped.
The applicant and request differ from the role.

5. You meet an unfamiliar label. What do you say first?

Answer:

Ask to clarify the meaning.

— It claims confirmation without clarifying the label.
— That means writing a guess.

6. You prefer Thursday at four, but staff can only do Friday at three. What is needed?

Answer: Check whether the new time works for both

A preference becomes agreement through discussion.

  • Thursday is confirmed because you wrote it — A request does not confirm itself.
  • Replace the applicant name with a time — The name field’s meaning does not change.
