Learn the expressions
Describe the difficulty with 모르겠는데 or 안 되는데, then ask 어떻게 하면 좋을까요? Give useful information instead of assigning blame.

-는데 after verbs and -(으)ㄴ데 after adjectives connect the situation: 열리다→열리는데, 작다→작은데, 바쁘다→바쁜데. Learn 모르겠는데 here as “I am not sure.”
